What to expect
Going through massage school completely changed the way I view exercise and movement. In fact, it transformed how I train and now I want to pass on my knowledge to you. I look at the activities you want to partake in or the lifestyle you lead and find ways that resistance and steady progress can lead to a stronger, harder to break version of you.
Some sessions we're slow and intentional, others we're pushing you to discover new limits. Life doesn't move in a straight line and I don't believe you should either.
